First of all, Layla and Talia really need to post something. WHETHER ON OR OFF THE MAINLAND.
Second of all, I am unbelievably excited for math this year. On sept. 8 Mr. Sherry, Mr. Riahi and I are all meeting about it. YAYYY also you all know about my little math club (of which xander unfortunately will not be a member). Anyway I really can't wait.
Also they moved the lounge to the fourth floor? What the fuck?? I talked to some of the kids who planned on inhabiting that room last night and they are all PRETTY DISGRUNTLED, going so far as to plan on staying in the Dartmouth lobby (!). We'll see how this unfolds....

yah...i don't get the lounge thing either. plus i thought that the ex lounge crew enjoyed being in their hidden nook where they could easily step out for smoke breaks, hide from the whartonater during assembly and recess, and do whatever they did down there. plus, you can be REALLY loud and no one cares. sad for sure.
ReplyDeletei bet the exfrosh are gonna wanna hang in then new lounge...just to say they have a 'spot.' if it wasn't on the FOURTH FLOOR, really uncozy sounding, and right next to LARRY GEFFIN ...i would consider.
well extensive conversation with anna swartz on the topic has made clear to me the reasons for moving the lounge. the lounge kids last year were really a miserable bunch. lemme tell ya.
